Rich Sugar was created during a time when I felt alone and was experiencing postpartum depression.

Baking gave me something to focus on. Unlike cooking, baking does not allow room for improvisation. It requires precise measurements and attention to detail. If one step is off, the result does not work.

That structure pushed me in a way I had not experienced before. I had to slow down and be intentional with every part of the process. Over time, I found myself drawn to the discipline and the pursuit of getting things right.

I am completely self-taught. Every recipe has come from trial, error, and learning through repetition.

Rich Sugar grew from that season. What began as a personal outlet became a brand built on care, precision and thoughtful creation.
